Common issue guides

These are the common things to check before opening a support ticket.

Website

My contact form is not sending

Check that your email address is correct, your mailbox is active, and SMTP/server mail is enabled. Then open a ticket with the page URL and test email used.

Hosting

My website is down

Send the domain name, what error you see, and whether email is also affected. Urgent tickets should include a screenshot and device/browser details.

Email

Business email not working

Include the email account, device, mail app, and exact error. Do not send passwords in a normal ticket message.

Updates

I need content changed

Attach the new text/images and tell us exactly which page or section must change. Use one ticket per change group.

Billing

Invoice or payment query

Open a ticket from the client portal and choose billing. Include the invoice number and proof of payment if available.

Domains

Domain transfer help

Have the domain name, current registrar, expiry date and transfer authorization code ready if available.
